Initial version of GTK Wayland backend (#205) 
* Obtaining Gtk backend and runtime and displaying it in About box.

* Initial iteration for GTK on Wayland. Works suprisingly stable.

* Disable X11Utils when Wayland backend detected.

12a46dee60 InstallPanicMessageBox support added to Windows: console applications no longer pop up a MessageBox when panicking, instead they write the panic string on the error output and terminate.
