Required prerequisites

I have searched the Issue Tracker that this hasn't already been reported. (comment there if it has.)
I have tried the latest version of nvitop in a new isolated virtual environment.

Motivation

有的平台是依赖K8S的命名空间、pod与显卡做弹性绑定的
是否考虑出一款支持监测pod的CPU、内存、显卡、显存的监控方案？
