This is unlikely because:

  • The program depends on POSIX APIs and Linux kernel features (not sure if it's
    even possible to meaningfully port it to Windows)
  • It would likely take too much time
  • It might be easier to write it from scratch for Windows

Also, I think it's unlikely that firejail developers would be interested in
spending the time needed to fully port it, especially inside of Windows, as it
is a user-hostile proprietary OS that is full of anti-features.

If you are interested in firejail, I'd suggest first trying out a Linux
distribution (which is what firejail supports).

There are many of them and I don't know which ones could work well for your use
cases (so it's recommended to do your own research), but here is one example of
a common beginner-friendly distribution:
