Hi, I am using UBUNTU desktop as a server to host Barrier and windows laptop as a client.

Whenever my laptop's charger is plugged in, the barrier works great. But wherever I remove the charger barrier lags way too much and I am not able to share my mouse and keyboard.

Can someone please help me solve this?

What version of Barrier? What version of Ubuntu?

This doesn't seem like a Barrier issue. More of a power-saving issue. I would advise checking that first.
