Steps to reproduce the behavior:

capslock on
keyboard press
3.normal'강' abnormal'ㄱㅏㅇ'
normal '홍' abnormal 'ㅎㅗㅇ'

i use google translate

When Caps Lock is on, it is thought that it is not possible to enter the combination mode and comes out by breaking the Korean characters like English

Solution: Turn off the caps lock
