Client: Ubuntu Linux 16.04
Server: OSX 10.12 Sierra

This is copy of issue opened on Synergy (https://github.com/symless/synergy-core/issues/5672)

Steps to reproduce bug

Scroll slowly on the server
Observe that the client ignores the scroll
Scroll faster until the client log starts to show "WARNING: Wheel scroll delta (76) smaller than threshold (120)" messages
Observe that the scrolling is very jumpy.

@walker0643 I think wrong PR was merged for this issue. This issue is fixed by https://github.com/debauchee/barrier/pull/64 which has not yet been merged.
