Steps to reproduce bug

Type Ctrl+Print screen : the combination works on the server, the client only receives Ctrl. Print screen alone, Shift+Print screen and Alt+Print screen work as expected.

I have the same issue with a server on Ubuntu 19.04 and the same client, and additionally, Alt+Print screen does not work.

Same issue here, and sometimes the print screen key alone doesn't activate screenshot apps such as lightshot on the client. Other combinations of keys such as alt + print screen seems to always work.

I have recently moved to using this from mouse without borders, and also noticed this issue. I use it alot to take screen caps with sharex and the key combination is just not recognized at all on client devices.

So, the prtscn button actually sent alt + prtscrn.
So, change the hotkey of your screenshot app in client system to alt+prtscrn.
This is a workaround until this get fixed.
