Server: Windows 10 Education 1903

Client: Anyone

Barrier Version

2.3.1

Steps to reproduce bug

Use Windows 10 korea version
Install barrier(language setting is not dependent)
Click 'Start'
Error occured like below

"C:/Users/USER_NAME/AppData/Local/Temp/Barrier.bbimxr": read error: line 2: invalid character 0xffffffc0
barriers.exe: no configuration available

Other info

When did the problem start to occur? On server start
Is there a way to work around it? Yes, you can...

Make new file named like 'Barrier.sgc' in anywhere
Copy & Paste content of temp file like 'C:/Users/USER_NAME/AppData/Local/Temp/Barrier.bbimxr'
Find any korean word. The korean word used to be '이름없음'
Change korean word to any English word like 'MacBook-Pro.local'
Check 'Use existing configuration:'
Set configuration file to other file you made at step1
Click 'Start' button

Does this bug prevent you from using Barrier entirely? Yes
