add an option for "when external display exists" show menu bar icon.

Image

The menu bar icon is mostly useful with external display.

Describe the solution you'd like

when select "when external display exists": the icon automatically shows up once an external display is connected and disappears once there is no external display or when only the built-in display is in use.

Describe alternatives you've considered

when select "when external display exists": the icon automatically shows up once an external display is connected and disappears once there is no external display or when only the built-in display is in use.

Anything else?

Hi there, I recommend using BetterDisplay instead, and then choose this feature:

This will probably get into MonitorControl when I finish stripping down BetterDisplay to a future MonitorControl version. I don't really plan to add any features to the current (old) MonitorControl code.
