Updated MonitorControl to the latest version (if applicable)

Describe the bug

Version History in the popup window after checking update is not localizable.

Steps to reproduce

Launch MonitorControl under a language other than English (Chinese for instance)
Click the icon in the menu bar
Click Check for updates
You will see there's no translation for Version History

Expected behavior

Make Version History Localizable in source project.

- macOS version: 12.6.1
- Mac model: MacBook Pro 14'
- MonitorControl version: 4.1.0
- Monitor(s): ViewSonic VP series
- Apple Silicon/M1 (yes or no): Yes
