- Assist/Autocomplete refactored to use libclang

Other minor changes:

- Removed CoWork Pipe
- .dli runtime loading of dynamic libraries now supports path to library in access function
- EditField::SetBackground
- RichTextView::GotoLabel variant with Gate for matching
- RichEdit::GotoLabel variant with Gate for matching
