- Assist/Autocomplete refactored to use libclang

Other minor changes:

- Removed CoWork Pipe
- .dli runtime loading of dynamic libraries now supports path to library in access function
- EditField::SetBackground
- RichTextView::GotoLabel variant with Gate for matching
- RichEdit::GotoLabel variant with Gate for matching

d5c61a393a Ide: Setting main package is not posible while debugging. Moreover, select main package option is not available in editor mode (The transformation from editor to TheIDE is not possible - the user should launch separate instance of TheIDE.)
