02584c0987 Several modifications in domake: 
- Add show_usage()
- Add parameters
- Enable c++ compiler
- Use environment variables

Other modifications:
- Make bash the default shell in Makefile domake and doinstall
- Simplify upp-devel (using make make install directly)
- Fix documentation accordingly
