tested individual commands on mageia 8 vm
urpmi should not have `install` passed to it
`clang-tools-extra` is necessary to install `clang-format`

Added missing clang-format packages for Fedora (yum and dnf).
* Dnf should have priority over yum
Dnf is the successor of yum on Linux distribution that uses rpm, it should have priority over yum. Yum should be used as fallback...
