💡 Idea
Currently, the namespace for topics is global. There is an idea of reservations, but a better model might be to have topics have namespaces per user. So a URL might look like:

ntfy://<user>:<pass>@<server>/<user>/<topic>

instead of current:

ntfy://<user>:<pass>@<server>/<topic>
