Thanks for the amazing work on Ntfy =] !

I've noted that the --wait--pid flag does not work on Windows 10. After I run the ntfy command, the powershell (or cmd) session just hang. The same with --wait-cmd. But in case of pid, it warn if I pass a value that is not an active process.

Those same commands runs fine on WSL (Ubuntu).

ntfy 1.30.1 (4e7e6e5), runtime go1.18.9, built at 2022-12-23T14:38:08Z
