Currently ntfy.sh runs on a server in Germany, with a rather high latency. I'd like to move it to an EC2 instance with an nginx frontend.

The move has been completed. Now running on a t3.small instance, which can take about 20k+ subscribers (probably a little more). I've tested it. If more are needed, we'll need more than 2G of RAM.
