🐞 Describe the bug
Today i wanted to update ntfy to the latest version but had to remove all db entries as the migration failed.
After creating a new instance with updated .env settings i tried to open the account page of the new Admin user which resulted in:
This seem to happen to all admin accounts old or new. Normal users can connect fine.
Further which might be related, i can no longer add my ntfy instance to HA via password nor token, no log output

🔮 Additional context
@binwiederhier commented on GitHub (Apr 13, 2026):
This was fixed yesterday here: https://github.com/binwiederhier/ntfy/pull/1695 and will be in the next release.
It's due to the last access time for provisioned tokens being zero. If you access each token once, the page will not crash anymore.

You are one unlucky boy/gal, huh? GH crashes, ntfy crashes, ... 😆 -- I hope your luck changes soon. Have a wonderful day and thank you for using ntfy ❤️
