🐞 Describe the bug

Commit 9084cd9 introduced a notification when the server is unavailable for 15 minutes.
However, this causes an error if the phone is in Airplane Mode, since there is no connectivity.

🔮 Additional context

Ideally, the “server unavailable” notification should only be triggered if general network connectivity is possible (e.g., Wi-Fi or mobile data available).
If there is no internet connection due to Airplane Mode or similar conditions, the app should suppress or delay this notification.
