💡 Idea
Allow specifying an external mail server for the receiving half of the email feature. Currently only have one IPv4 address and ssl preread is not enough to multiplex SMTP (due to EHLO appearing before TLS negotation). Allow connecting ntfy to another mail server when receiving email, as it does to send.
