Add worksheet_add_sparkline() function like the Python XlsxWriter Worksheet method add_sparkline().

Since I've had a few requests about this I've added a note about making donations to prioritize this feature.

I'm dropping this feature from the C roadmap since there is very little interest across any of the languages.
