The link to http://zlib.net/zlib-1.2.8.tar.gz in the docs for Getting Started with libxlsxwriter - Dependencies is broken and should be http://zlib.net/fossils/zlib-1.2.8.tar.gz.

However, it is probably best to update this to a more recent version of zlib (after testing).
