Hi,
Thanks for your effort. I am interested in using the devices in my GNOME 46 system (official Archlinux package, Wayland session) to control MacOS.
I installed libadwaita and downloaded the latest v0.8.0 release for MacOS. Other than icons being abset in the MacOS client, I can seemingly use and configure both GTK applications, but I don't get any sharing after configuration.
I have tried LAN IP addresses, connecting both machines to a VPN (even though they are on the same LAN), adding addresses instead of hostnames, using different ports (same port I was using with input-leap).
Is this setup supported?
@feschber commented on GitHub (Jul 26, 2024):
It should work. What does the log say?
You might need to configure the firewall
@feschber commented on GitHub (Feb 7, 2026):
Closing for now, as this setup should now be mostly supported in the latest dev release.
There is some minor things that are not figured out yet (ctrl + arrow keys to switch between virtual desktops don't work for example).
