This patch is inspired by keycastr/keycastr#222 documentation around
troubleshooting KeyCastr when it doesn't seem to be working.

I modified it a little bit to fit the writing style of the rest of the
documentation. I hope this helps folks troubleshoot issues that are unrelated
to bugs that arise in KeyCastr.
