On 10.6, the visualization only appears on the space that that KeyCastr has been launched on, when I switch the space, the visualization doesn't show up anymore, unless I switch back to exactly that space.

Same issue.
@RichardBronosky commented on GitHub (Sep 14, 2012):
In Keycastr preferences, enable "Display KeyCastr icon" in the dock. Then control+click on the dock icon and choose Options, Assign To All Desktops

sdeken, you can close this issue.

I'm going to need guidance on this from someone who uses a mac on a daily basis. Would you expect an application like KeyCastr to automatically set itself to all desktops, or would it make more sense for it to bind to the current desktop only? Would it make sense to have this be a preference in the preferences dialog (since it's possible to run KeyCastr without an icon in the dock)?

@ELLIOTTCABLE commented on GitHub (Feb 1, 2015):
As a daily-basis Mac user, it should definitely appear in all Spaces by default. ‘Overlays’ aren't expected to act like normal windows.

I had a little problem with this because key caster was not appearing in my dock. I guess you have to drag it in from the applications folder.
@RichardBronosky commented on GitHub (Apr 2, 2015):
@gitfoxi Have you tried the steps I mention above?
@gitfoxi commented on GitHub (Apr 2, 2015):
Yes and the steps works pretty well thanks. It was just the first step:
That didn't work. The icon just didn't show up in the dock when I did that. So I had to drag it in from the applications folder. And then I was able to complete the steps and worked fine.
