I want to know that if it is OK to add localization support?
If it is OK, I can work on Chinese localizatoin because this software is quite mostly used among Chinese people.

Improved localization support sounds great, especially when it comes to having better support for different types of keyboards & locales. You might also consider implementing a custom visualizer that is better suited for Chinese character input.
