I'm pleased to share that the app works on OS X 10.10 beta 3. The Accessibility privacy permission was a little confusing and a lot of manual work though.

However, the "Default" visualizer does not show up. The alternate one "Svelte" does show up.

Also, the visualizer only showed up on the main screen. If a window goes full screen the visualizer stops showing up.

@mauris, I'm currently using default visualizer on Yosemite (10.10, not DP) and it works well.
Could you test it again, please?

I just redownloaded the latest version to perform a reinstall (since the update said it failed).

I noticed that on the Default visualiser settings, Bezel Width and Font Size was set all the way to tiny. So I increased those two values and found something appearing on the bottom left of the screen.

Seems like a positioning / width bug.

The option to assign to all desktops as mentioned in #1 was also not available in the dock.

@mauris i experienced this for a while. Fixed similarly to you, bump up the fontsize like crazy.. it appears at the edge of the screen, then drag it to elsewhere on the screen.

I had to crank up the font and bezel as well and then drag it.

Can confirm both the issue and the workaround.

This is happening because of a bad default frame in that build of keycastr.

This is fixed on master, new version coming soon
