Log levels are presently naked integers.

logger := log.NewFilterLogger(log.NewStdLogger(), 1)

Let's add constants so I don't have to RTFM in 3 months when I forget what the magic numbers mean.

logger := log.NewFilterLogger(log.NewStdLogger(), log.LevelInfo)
