0.21.0

What operating system and processor architecture are you using (go env)?
server: CentOS 7 client: windows 10 AMD64

Configures you used:

Steps to reproduce the issue:

set [subdomain_host = a.com] on server
set [custom_domains = b.a.com] on client
i cant access b.a.com
but if i set [subdomain_host = .a.com] (with dot preffix) on server i finally can access via b.a.com
i think it's a bug.
