WHY

Added multilingual functionality for both server and client web pages, currently only available in Chinese and English. Other languages can be implemented by adding corresponding JSON.

为服务端和客户端的网页添加了多语言功能，目前只有中文和英文。其他语言可以通过添加对应的json实现。
