Hey I just started with FRP and encountered errors which is fixed in issue #1761 but frpc_full.ini still don't contain 'authenticate_heartbeats' and 'authenticate_new_work_conns' fields which are required for authentication and could lead new users to same issue (like me).

Please correct if this is not a right solution.
if you don't mind please merge with "hacktoberfest-accepted" label.
