Describe the feature request

希望能够像nginx一样当配置文件不正确时继续沿用旧配置，并在日志中报告配置错误问题。

Describe alternatives you've considered

当内网机器还未配置备用方案时，若frp客户端配置有误会导致frpc服务一直失败，需要回到内网中重新连接配置。如果能够添加配置错误自动回滚的机制，能够减少仅有frp内网穿透方案时frpc配置错误的代价。
