Describe the feature request
由于国内的运营商对 UDP 进行 Qos 非常严重，基本无法使用 KCP / QUIC 之类的协议，但普通的 TCP 速度又不太理想，套一层 Phantun 之后再跑 QUIC 穿透速度起飞的同时还不会被 Qos，所以我建议直接支持 Phantun (FakeTCP) 作为 frpc 与 frps 之间的隧道连接协议。
