Describe the feature request

现在服务端用的白名单功能，否则攻击很频繁，客户端这边没法设置ipban的攻击防护，因为都是从127.0.0.1访问过来的，能否在服务端设置一个频繁连接拒绝功能，比如1分钟内同一个ip地址频繁连接超过5次，就拒绝连接24小时，减少服务器攻击风险。
