Describe the feature request

Content: I have successfully built frp for Windows 7 using a modified Go 1.25 toolchain that restores the missing syscalls in legacy Windows. This allows Win7 users to enjoy the latest frp features without being stuck on Go 1.20.

I'm maintaining the binaries and the source for this bridge here: https://github.com/slok2024/frp/releases/tag/0.66.0
