Describe the feature request

frp的配置都是在客户端使用配置文件处理，但是如果配置客户端时，因为种种原因造成配置文件错误，会导致frpc无法启动。如果服务器在远程生产环境，这会导致远程断连，造成严重的生产问题。

Describe alternatives you've considered

当修改新配置时，解析新配置时效时，日志提示用户并使用旧配置？或者有什么办法能改善这一问题
