Bug Description
1.frp的速度特别的慢
这两张图分别是我的nas直接对服务器测速，和nas从服务器的frp绕一圈对自己测速，经过frp之后速度变得只有5MB
2.有时frpc会出现像是卡死一样的情况，不管是用docker还是直接运行都遇到过。看起来是还在运行，但是已经连不上了，日志里面也看不到什么东西，重启一下又会恢复正常

服务器是阿里云Ubuntu，上传是200MB
NAS的Truenas系统，上传是100MB
