Describe the feature request

Dear team,
frp is awesome tool and thanks to maintainers to keep adding value to the codebase. One request to the team is to enforce English language to share anything here, e.g. in Issues section. Currently, majority of the issues are in Chinese language which is impossible to most of the global users. No disrespect to any language here but using widely understandable language while collaborating on such awesome tool is useful for the team as well as to strengthen the frp functionality.
