Describe the feature request

在群辉上，目前启动的镜像，时间都不对，需要进容器安装 tzdata 并讲时区设置为 TZ=Asia/Shanghai。
或者重新编译镜像，增加 tzdata。
能否官方直接在镜像中安装 tzdata，方便让用户设置时区。
