Deleting a branch is permanent. Although the deleted branch may continue to exist for a short time before it actually gets removed, it CANNOT be undone in most cases. Continue?

1.run frpc for a long time
2.wait till it stops working, restart
3.error message:

The server can be reached through pinging.

I can make it work again by rebooting the client's system.
