通过frp的内网穿透，远程桌面时视频卡顿，类似播放哔哩哔哩视频的网页会比较卡，作为比较，同样机器和网络环境下，向日葵的免费版（300k限速）能流畅播放，这里frp是不是还有可以设置的地方或者完善的地方。谢谢大家。

验证过了，跟服务器带宽有关系，普通vps 5M带宽不行，按照流量计费，带宽上限100M时无问题，不卡顿。但是我觉得应该有某些地方可以优化，只是还不懂这些原理，因为向日葵远程限速300K，可以不卡，虽然清晰度没那么完美。
