Steps to reproduce the issue
使用http://admin:xxxx9@xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx:xxx/api/client/close/token去关闭一个端口的时候提示404，但是frps的dashboard能正常访问，也就是http://admin:xxxx9@xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx:xxx能访问
