使用子命令，未使用配置文件

Steps to reproduce the issue:

frps 设置 tls_only = true
尝试使用 frpc 子命令加上参数连接( frpc stcp --...)，连接失败
使用配置文件，加上 tls_enable = true 参数正常连接，取消此参数则无法连接，返回错误和使用子命令的结果相同

Describe the results you received:

返回错误信息如下：

2020/05/09 07:17:29 [W] [service.go:101] login to server failed: EOF
EOF

搜索了文档，未发现子命令相关内容。

希望添加子命令相关文档
添加 tls_enable flag

本人正在尝试拓展 frp 的使用场景，对于需要临时连接到内网环境的时候，子命令确实比较方便，通过少量参数调整即可连接。
现在的做法是通过脚本生成临时配置文件，不过如果原生能够支持那是最好了。

Can you point out what caused this issue (optional)
服务端开启了 tls ，客户端子命令视乎无此参数，无法开启 tls，无法连接设置 tls_only=true 的服务器
