Frp主要是面向私人服务的，因此那些恶意攻击的IP源比较好统计。可不可以自动封禁恶意IP或者接入abuseipdb之类网站的API呢？

和 #1632 应该是类似的 issue，已经列入 TODO，会通过插件开放这样的能力。
