Deleting a branch is permanent. Although the deleted branch may continue to exist for a short time before it actually gets removed, it CANNOT be undone in most cases. Continue?

因为frp是多个客户端共用一个服务端，是否能对某个或某些客户端的宽带限速。这在服务器宽带有限的情况会很有用。

下个版本会增加在客户端为每一个代理设置限速的能力，暂不支持在服务端配置。
