firecfg.config: remove empty lines to fix CI

Fixes the following error[1]:

    $ ./ci/check/profiles/sort-firecfg.config.sh src/firecfg/firecfg.config
    sort: -:2: disorder:

This amends commit 7d6b9ac7b ("fix ci sorting error", 2025-08-23).
