profiles: claws-mail: add ~/.cache/claws-mail (#6378)

It is apparently used by the (widely used) "Fancy" plugin, which
"Renders HTML e-mail using the WebKit library".

Note: etc/profile-a-l/email-common.profile contains `private-cache`.
