update system call groups - part 3

- Add new syscalls
  - Add `execv`, `exit` and `futex` in `@default-keep`
  - Add two new groups: `@memfd` and `@sandbox`
  - Add `@memfd` and `@sandbox` in the `@system-service` group
  - Move `memfd_create` from `@ipc` to `@memfd`
