I've checked all the other caps lock issues and I didn't see mine so here goes.
I have a late 2012 iMac and a Mac Book Air, both are running 10.15.7 Catalina, both are running Version 2.3.3-release-3395cca9 build date 14 July 2020.
Every time I switch from the iMac server to the Air as client, the caps lock key is enabled but the caps lock light on the keyboard remains off. It does not happen when moving from the client back to the server.
It's irritating but given Barrier is the descendant of an app that saved my life on a 5 machine CNC setup before it became Barrier, I retrained myself to apply rule#2 (double-tap) on the Caps Lock key to fix it up and carry on.
I am not sure why this happens but other than that performance is most excellent.
Thank you.

UPDATE: Just by chance I happened to switch keyboards and can now add that this does NOT happen when using a Razer Black Window Chroma keyboard but does always happen with a Microsoft Wired Keybord 600. I will happily provide USB vendor ID-s for both if that might help.
