When the host keyboard language is Hebrew, the client's keyboard can not type letters. Other symbols e.g. 0..9 /-= can be typed

To Reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

in the host, switch from English to Hebrew layout
move the cursor to the client
type letters in the client. They do not appear. It does not matter if in the client I choose En/He layouts

Expected behavior
typing on the keys in the client should not depend on the host's keyboard language

Host: windows 10 pro
client: Ubuntu 20.04

barrier version 2.3.3 on both host and client

Is reproducible: ALWAYS
